Eligibility for Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase or the latest renewal date.
  • New Accounts: First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their initial subscription if they are not satisfied with our service.
